Just 4 Today, take my fiber supplement twice (one down!), drink 2 liters of water (1/3 — maybe a little more) and weigh myself (done). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each time (3415!). Just today.
I think my metabolism has slowed dramatically in the last couple of months. Because I am NOT by any means over eating or taking seconds.
So WHY am I slowly gaining weight — about 1.5 pounds a month? I’m going to have to figure out a way to cut back. Just Today.
Some of us changed our clocks this weekend — and woke up in the dark this morning. So forgive me if I’m a little frazzled an disconnected. It seems like 6:30, but it’s already 7:30 and I’ve got to be at work in an hour!
