Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (I didn’t even have to get up; I’ve already done this once), test my blood sugar at least once after every meal (Before breakfast – 86), drink 2 liters of water (so far about 1/3), walk 3 miles (I’ve done it everyday this week), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
