Just 4 Today, take my fiber supplement twice, drink 2 liters of water and weigh myself (done). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each time (3415!).

I haven’t been around for awhile plus I haven’t been keeping up with my water drinking, but today I start back.
J4T I will drink two liters of water and look out at the lawn which needs to be cut again. It appears summer is here and we’ll be in the 90’s tomorrow. Heat and humidity are not my friends.
I hope you and everyone here have been doing fine and that your week turns out great.

You know I’ve always taken a multi-vitamin everyday, and when I don’t I can tell a difference. Since I’ve been doing the water thing, it’s the same way with water. Funny how you never realize something like that until you stop it.
Thanks for turning me on to this, because I don’t think I would have ever done it unless I had been coming here.
You know, I think I’m not quite getting to my full 2 liters. I wonder if that’s why I’m not losing weight?
It’s funny how you can start slipping on things if you don’t make yourself think about it…
