Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (one down), drink 2 liters of water (1/2 so far), walk 3 miles (6 miles in 3 walks yesterday: 3415), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself (eat no candy) and use the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.
Just 4 Today, I’ll take my fiber supplement (done), drink 2 liters of water (drunk about 2/3) and weigh myself (done…). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each (3415!).
