Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself (eat no candy) and use the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.
Just 4 Today, I’ll take my fiber supplement (done), drink 2 liters of water (drunk about 2/3) and weigh myself (done…). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each (3415!).

It’s my birthday — my favorite day of the year! I’m off to play for a little while, but I’ve taken the day off, so I’ll be around a little later.

Also, I found out yesterday that Subway sells bags of sliced apples! And we’ve got a Subway just a block from my office. So, I think I’ll be adding that to my afternoon routine.
