Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (once!!!), drink 2 liters of water (1/2 so far), walk 3 miles (Even with the all day rain I managed to take 3 walks and walk 2 miles: 3415), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

Walked 3.5 miles home from work to the Dixie Chicks. The weather continues to cooperate.
I’m trying to decide whether to start training for another marathon next month. I’m leaning in that direction…
Hi catdog, I’m glad you’ve got good weather — ours is pretty cold again. I took 3 walks, but just for the bare 15 minutes each.
I think I’m going to find some local walking marathons next year. I can’t run, but I like walking.
Do you have organized training available ? It’s generally best if you can train with a group, of course.
I did a half marathon in December. Broke no records, but I made it to the finish line in spite of temperatures that went from the high 30’s to the high 70’s in what seemed like no time. Didn’t train. I don’t recommend that at all.
It was a psychological thing, though. I needed to prove to myself that I could still do distances. Mission accomplished, and I didn’t hurt myself in the process, in spite of doing something pretty dumb.
