No walks today, too tired. Sleep is much too disrupted lately. I am working on a longer piece about sleep and weight gain/loss, which are intimately connected.
Spring is upon us, though, and then some. The high today in the neighborhood was 86. The jacaranda trees are starting to bloom. Joy !
Dang! I missed your birthday!
I took a short bike ride yesterday — Mrs. Fetched needed a water filter changed at the pump house, and I was already on my bike (a Raleigh mountain bike with road tires), so I said I’d take care of it. There are just too many hills around here.
Today, I think we’re going to the resort where we have a timeshare, about an hour from the manor. Might walk around a bit, but we’ll probably just relax and play some mini-golf.
