Did pretty good on the food, but no exercise at all, if you don’t count walking up and down halls a lot.
Promise to do better tomorrow. Plan to walk to AND from work !
Hi catdog, Don’t feel too discouraged: That walking up and down halls can add up to a couple of miles. On days when I’ve drunk my 2 liters ALL at work, I’ve walked 2 miles just to the bathrooms and back (and to and back and to and back….)
I want you to know, I’ve been good (totally good, no mess ups) for 2 full days. I listen to your voice in my head — mostly clearing your throat and looking stern as I look over at something unnecessary.
