Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2), walk 5 miles (3415 — Yesterday: 5.46), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Friday is my official weighing day. That’s the day I started tracking every single thing in Nutribase, so (even though I weigh myself everyday) this is the day that counts when I track how much I’m losing a week. And I’ve lost 2.5 pounds this week — 7.5 pounds in the last 2 weeks! And even The Hacker’s Diet is reporting that I’ve got a calorie deficit of just a little over 1000 calories a day. I’m hoping I can keep up this 2 pounds a week (or so) pace for the next 6 weeks (that’s when Big Brother starts.)
I know it seems dramatic. But, I’m tracking everything I eat — and I’m not starving! I think the fiber helps. I’m taking my fiber supplement but also eating gallons of vegetables (jammed into my sandwich and at dinner.)
I know I can’t keep this 2-pound-a-week pace going forever. But I’m enjoying it while it lasts. Maybe I could weigh 120 pounds by the end of September?
