Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (I’ve drunk it once), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2), walk 5 miles (3415 — Yesterday: 6.5 miles), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Somehow, I’ve done pretty well through this vacation. Even managing to lose 2.5 pounds this week!
What are you going to do today?
One thing I hope to do, is get my images back. As it is, I can’t even upload them to the new location. And I really miss them.

Walked to and from work yesterday. Not today. Seem to have pulled a muscle in my neck, or something. Anyhow, it hurts.
Somehow my body seems to have redistributed fat, or something. My upper body looks different, and not in a good way. I’m considering trying Curves for a more balanced physical effort. They have a two weeks for free deal again. Anybody else ever try them ?
I signed up a couple of years ago. But their schedule was totally wrong for me. It’s like they were deliberately open ONLY when I was at work. So I never actually went.
The program sounded great — but in Kansas City it isn’t for working girls.
They even have a Curves way out here in the boonies! Which could explain why there’s mostly guys on bicycles out on our back roads.
J4T, I’ll drink my water (maybe some extra because I’m fighting a sinus thing). Not sure about exercise. Mrs. Fetched and Daughter Dearest are taking a weekend trip, so if The Boy doesn’t flake out I might get a bicycle ride in this weekend.
FARfetched, take care of that sinus thing. You don’t want it to turn into an infection and wreck your summer.

KB–Talking to friends over lunch, same schedule problem with Curves you noted. I don’t know if that will work or not. I think they are open until 8pm some nights, but that’s probably when everybody wants to go. I’ll have to call them and see. There are a couple not too far from me, though. Perhaps one of them has better hours.
Re-examining what’s going on lately, I see the previously mentioned plateau and a sense that something dramatic has to happen for me to start dropping weight again.
Very careful counting of points, both food and exercise, will be the order of the next week, along with a serious effort to get more sleep. I have a feeling that if I eat EXACTLY 18 points of food,, drink plenty of water (as opposed to other beverages), and get serious exercise at least 3 days a week, the weight will start to drop again.
Meanwhile, I have my tickets for SiCKO tomorrow night– really looking forward to it !

I think smaking sure you are drinking the water steadily through the day will help. And for the exercise, try walking for 5 minutes every hour (at work get up and walk around the halls of your building) that you’re awake. This is in addition to the exercise sessions you’re planning.
And I’ve got my tickets to SiCKO for tomorrow night too!!

The Boy has pushed it right up to the limit, and then some, tonight. I just have to remind myself: in 10 days, his ankle bracelet comes off. In 11 days, he’s outta here for good.

I am so sorry about your problems with The Boy. I’m so glad to be past those days (more or less.)
