Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (once so far), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2), walk 5 miles (3415 — Yesterday: 4.5 miles), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I’ve started a new series on the phases of dieting. While our pledges and affirmations are important, there’s a context to what we’re doing that isn’t always addressed in these brief posts. With this new series (as yet unnamed) I’ll rotate through a diet and the challenges we face on that long journey. I hope you can stop by later this morning to read the first installment.

J4T I’ll drink 2 liters of water and finish up on the weedeating. The weedeating might not get done since I didn’t get any sleep last night. But I’ll try to take a good nap and see what happens.

I goofed and took my nap from 9pm-10pm. And it was really hard to get back to sleep at 12pm.
Don’t rush it with the weed-eating. Isn’t that what weekends are for?
Good morning FM and kb – I’ve already had two large cups of water, the humidity is up around here with the storm last night but I’m still feeling abit parched. Already had breakfast (granola cereal, my fav), the goal for lunch is to not overdo it when we go out to eat – i’m thinking grilled chicken caesar salad with lemon juice – and then this evening to just do something light. This weekend I want to go for a hike, hopefully that pans out.
