Thanks for the kind words about the new post. It’s really just the introduction to the series. The book’s about 150 pages long and full of wisdom about the dieting experience.
I’ve been going mostly vegetarian the past few days and that seems to be working. Lots of salads and fresh fruit.
Today I was on my feet wandering around for about 4-5 hours, not really on a walk the whole time, per se, but going around a university campus. All movement is good, so I’m counting that– it’s worth about 750 calories being on one’s feet that much.
Also, yesterday’s 8 hours of driving is worth about 1000 calories. (Don’t ask– from Chicago to the Twin Cities.)
No walking today. Tommorow’s another day. (You can quote me on that.)
Hi catdog and B2. I’m totally out of it after getting 3 crowns. I walked around the track twice. But mister drove me home. I can’t wait until all this dental work is done.
