Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (once), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2 a liter), walk 5 miles (3415 — Yesterday, 5.49), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I went out for breakfast and had poached eggs, well done bacon & wheat toast. No Hashed Browns after all. I don’t think that was too bad. Was it?
