Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once!), drink 2 liters of water (so far, about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday – 2.52), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I’m aiming at getting to work early today so I’m posting and running. I’ve got to hang those photos today at lunch time and I have a hair appointment tonight. But, I SWEAR things will be back to normal tomorrow. I’m so thankful that this place helps me keep track of goals when things get busy.

Another off-day for the readers….
Seeing as it’s almost bedtime, I can talk about what I actually did today: cooked a black bean & rice dish with my new crockpot (microwaved the rice), and loaded up the dehydrator with another batch of tomatoes. And worked. Work is in a not-so-fun stage right now, so I wouldn’t have a chance to read much from work even if I wasn’t worried about “them” looking over my shoulder.
Bleh. Maybe I’ll be in a better frame of mind tomorrow.
Hi FAR — That black bean & rice dish sounds good. But, I’m sorry that things aren’t going better at work. It sounds stressful and nerve-wracking.
