Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once!), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2), walk 5 miles (yesterday — 4.83), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Amazing, I was going to say that I wasn’t going to make my lunch. But it seemed easier to just get up and do it. So, I did. And now I’ll have lunch today! Isn’t life grand?
What are you going to do today?

Today is administrivia day at work, so at least I won’t be stressed out trying to get stuff done.
I didn’t get to bring my lunch, so I’ll be eating out for the first time this week. I think I’ll put the black beans in the pot anyway, adding some corn & onions, and eat that for supper (before choir practice). Not sure about getting a walk today either; we have light rain but it’s enough to get you wet — maybe I’ll just do a couple of laps inside the office, that should run close to a half-mile.
Yay, tomorrow I work at home!
Hi FAR! It sounds like you’ve got a pretty good plan. I almost went for the Out to Lunch idea. But, I’m saving it for sometime when I can go with a friend.
I’d like to start singing again. But, I think after all this time, I’d need some lessons. I wonder if they teach it at the Junior College?
Good morning/afternoon KB and FAR.
I’ve never been a big lunch eater, so skipping that is actually kind of normal for me. For years now, I’ve been a one meal a day person. However, it does have its good point and bad points.
Ever since I first heard my voice, I haven’t wanted to become a singer, or a talker for that matter.
Hope everyone is having a good day.
Hi FM, One meal a day? That would kill me. Dead.
So far this is a good day. How about yours?
Hey KB… when I’m out by myself, I take a pen & paper with me. I got a little writing done (as well as the last couple nights, too).
FM, I can do two meals/day, but not one. If I sleep late, a sandwich can keep me going for a while, but I’ll still need something in the evening. ‘Course, I could still afford to miss a meal from time to time.
Yay for lunch!
I always make mine. No walking today but I did have my water.
I took 20 minutes to give one of the treadmills in the exercise room some attention. When I got back… well, work has been bipolar lately and it switched into the manic phase. I’m back to contemplating life as a chicken farmer… at least the walking is built into that occupation.
