Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice, drink 2 liters of water, walk 5 miles (yesterday – 7.45!!), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Mister tricked me: he got up early-ish and turned on the air conditioner. Which somehow made me sleep late (how did he know that would work?). We’ve only been up for an hour or so.
I ‘d feel guilty, but I’m too relaxed.
We’re going to Cargo Largo today. It’s an unclaimed freight store — but it’s the biggest one you’ll ever find. You never know what you’ll find there, but it’s always interesting.

Hi Kimberly, it’s good to see you. Yes, I did two walks at the track AND went to KMart where I couldn’t find something, so I walked all over the store for about 45 minutes & I guess it put me over the goal!
No, it’s not a waterfall (I find an example of one though) – it’s just totally, totally, unlandscaped.
Good for you, sleeping in on Sunday! I was thinking of taking a nap myself – fam would be proud. The article on your sister is a good one – thanks for sharing! And I’ve never heard of Cargo Largo, but now I wish there was one here…I hope you have a fun day!! (Hi K!)

OMFG! I LOVE SECOND LIFE! I don’t go in there very often but when I do, boy do I have tons of fun! I absolutely cannot tell anyone here my avie’s name though because I do a whole LOT of NAUGHTY stuff when I am in there!!! Bwhahahahah! (Don’t worry, hubby knows about it and approves… well… perhaps amusedly tolerates rather than approves)….
PS I am still maintaining @ my goal! This has gone on for like a month! KB… I saw your post asking for instructions on how I do this! Believe me, I will be back with very detailed instructions…. quite busy now but I have not forgotten it.
