Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday – 4.41), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
The photos out of Southern California are horrific (L.A.Times.) It’s hard to take comfort (although we do — we really do) in the knowledge that some of our friends (catdog) are fine, while we are in doubt over the fate & situation of other friends, like knucklehead.
You’d think the front page of the L.A. Times would say something about those winds.
Just 4 Today, I’ll be praying while I walk (I should probably do that everyday.)

Just saw at Head’s blog he’s OK.
J4T I’ll drink 2 liters of water. I had another no sleep night, and I decided to give the house a fall cleaning. I don’t know what it was, but I went into a cleaning frenzy. After doing all that cleaning, I looked around and saw I didn’t have anything else to do. I think I’ll slack today. Big surprise huh.
