Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday – 3), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
AND, I’m going to do most of my walking by taking a brisk walk around the block every hour. It just takes 5 minutes and it’s almost magical how much more I do & better I feel when I do it. I’m aiming at 5-till the hour? Can you join me?

This is the Friday from Hell: meetings scheduled from 1 to 4, and the last one is mine. And… I just found out that my dad’s house burned down — he got out with his car & his checkbook, and (most importantly) himself. The woman next door, where the fire started then spread to his place, wasn’t as lucky.
So J4T I’ll drink my water (1/3 there), take my fiber, thank God my dad’s OK, and work on the story I started last night.
This weekend we have a video shoot… other than that I’ll mostly help get the house (and Studio FAR) straightened up.
Far, I’m so sorry to hear about your dad, I’m glad that he’s okay.
KB, I did walk today and drink my water. Now I’ve got to keep away from the snacks.
Flew off to visit family this morning. Little sleep before the flight, but oh well.
Managed to get in a nice long walk in the afternoon, though. At least a couple of miles. Chilly enough out there, in the 40’s daytime, the 30’s tonight– with literally tons of gorgeous fallen leaves everywhere, sunlight coming through the trees, a perfect autumn afternoon.
