Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday – 4.22), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Today I’m going to the Heartland Values – Democratic Action, Third Congressional District Democratic conference. I’ll be there representing the Kansas Progressive Caucus. Also, my congressman will be there and I’m hoping that I’ll have the chance to talk to him about Health Care. (fat chance)

Today is a big football day down here. Although I don’t follow it that much, today is the local university’s homecoming and Alabama plays LSU. Big rivalry plus the AL. coach used to coach at LSU. I think in the bayou they pretty much hate the guy now.

Back from the video shoot, it went well and I unfortunately ate myself silly. I need to do some major walkin’ tomorrow. But I deep cleaned 20 sq ft of the bedroom when we got home, and got rid of two bags of trash. (yeah, it was bad)
