Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 3 miles (yesterday 2.81), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
You may have noticed that we were down through much of the weekend. And right after I posted the We’re Back post (below) the whole thing disappeared again. It was a frustrating time.
And now (sniff) it’s Monday again.
