November 20, 2007 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today I'llJust 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 1.25), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

I’m so sorry. I SWEAR I tried to reply to the comments off-and-on all last evening — but something was messing up. I could read the first page. And I could get the page to load up to just when the comments displayed. But, I couldn’t see the comments (which I HAD read through email.) much less comment myself.

I’ll be at work today — But then I don’t have to go back until Monday!  Want to have a party later?

    Par-TAY! I’ll get the other case of homebrew out of the basement (where it’s been hiding from The Boy and his thirsty friends).
