Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 2.45), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
The part about weighing myself everyday? I just did that for today AND I actually weigh a little LESS than I weighed yesterday morning. NOW. I know that those little fluctuations don’t mean much from day to day. But, I think it’s a pretty nice thing to stay weight-steady through a National Eat Lots of Food Day.
I got up early to try to do some programming before the hubbub starts again. And later I’m going out for coffee with kansas. And somewhere along the way I’m going to take 3 walks. But that’s going to be a bit of a challenge. It’s 17 degrees outside.
What are you going to do today?

Good morning KB.
Oh you get to have coffee with Kansas. Have a cup for me.
We still have rels here and I’ve started cleaning up from yesterday. The lawn – Hah I’m not even looking at it.
Hope everyone has a good day.
Hi Family Man! I’m so glad you’re feeling better in time to enjoy the holiday. We planned on doing yard work tomorrow. But, I just remembered that the KU/MU game is tomorrow. So that might throw us off. I think it’s against the law in this town to miss that game.
Hi KB. Yesterday I had enough for the next three days. I’ve gotta get some exercise but I can work on all those leaves. Have fun with kansas!
Hi Boran, It’s good to see you!
This is our annual leaf weekend too Boran. But, I’m hoping we can work on them tomorrow when it’s SUPPOSED to be warmer.
I wish you guys could come along for coffee with us!
And a coffee for me… ooo, you’re gonna be vviibbrraattiinngg today!
Beth headed back to Florida a few minutes ago. I’m gonna take a bike ride before Mrs. Fetched & Daughter Dearest get back from their shopping trip.
Hope you had a nice coffee, ladies! And ride, Far! I had a beeyoutiful drive, and am back on my couch, coughing, after a wonderful holiday. Ignore the leaves, folks – FAR and I decided that it’s a waste of time, because more will just fall and replace the ones you’ve sucked up.
Hi Beth — We did: We had a wonderful time. It’s never long enough, though. I’m dreaming of the time we can, I don’t know watch a whole movie together, talking through it the whole time.
About the leaves, in my case, it’s a rule of the neighborhood association. The front yard at least has to start the winter totally vacuumed. We just moved them into the back yard.
