Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 2.83), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I REALLY didn’t want to get up this morning. After a 5-day break, I’m used to doing what I want (not much) when I want (all the time.) Still, now that I’m awake, I’m glad to be back in my routine. I WILL walk 5 miles today (or more.)
