Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 5.14), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I did walk my five miles yesterday. How about today? 3415: Does anyone want to join me?

I thought I’d gained about 3 pounds, but it appears it really was the scales. Is this the first time in history? Good morning, kb and friends.
I too haven’t broken out of my current range yet. I’m not expecting a break to the downside, not during Eating Season, but no break to the upside is welcome.
Walk. That means I need to stop looking at blogs for a few minutes. Could I survive that?
I’m still feeling too wimpy to get far from the couch. So no walking. Curves must think I died. Can someone walk for me today?
Maybe tomorrow…no leftovers here, so no temptation, although I did buy some fat free sugar free pudding yesterday. Hope all have a great day!
