Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 4.1), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I just missed my 5 mile goal yesterday — but I did take 4 short walks. I’m trying again today — how about you?
P.S. Things are so busy lately at my day-job that I’ve been coming home and reading on the couch without even turning on the computer [this might also have something to do with how MUCH I'm enjoying The Outlander Series which was recommended by Beth.] So — Just 4 Today: I promise that I’ll be around this evening, even if I can’t be here during the day.

Hey KB and all who come after…
Chicken soup is in the crock pot. I’m trying to decide whether to add rice or rotini when the time comes.
There’s a busted switch at work, so things are a little sporadic at the moment. People are walking around in a daze. The gibbering will start soon.
Without knowing what it is, I vote for Rotini, far. And now I’ll go googling.
Oh, Rotini! I know that. I still vote for it. Little bits of chicky can hide in the curls and the juice can, too. Yum. I’ll be there for supper.
