Never late, kb! Just extending the season!
Tonight I have to fight not to eat everything in the house. I’ve already stuffed myself with everything I can lay my hands on, and I feel icky, but am still looking for more comfort food. I’m trying to stay out of the kitchen. Maybe I’ll go to bed early. I hate emotional eating!!
Do you have some fiber supplement in the house? It sounds gross, but taking a teaspoon of that can make your stomach feel so satisfied that you might not feel so tempted.
Or bed. that sounds good too. Especially if you have a good book to read.
No fiber, but I should buy some. Bed is a good idea. I’m going to do a little more work, and then go to bed early. Tomorrow will be better.
