December 27, 2007 — Just 4 Today

Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (what a mess — I’ve barely walked – except for shopping in days), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

We had a lovely Christmas — both in-town kids spent the day with us (our First EVER Christmas with kids) They’re all grown up now (30 & 25) but it was everything I ever dreamed.

Did you have a Merry Christmas?

I’m going back to work today & tomorrow. And believe it or not, I’m happy about it. For one thing, it means I get to go to the gym for a walk before work. AND walk around that big-empty-room.

I know that for many of you the holiday isn’t over yet.  Are you talking time off from your routine?  Are you ready for a touch of normalcy?

Me? I’m GLAD to be back!

What are you going to do today?

Almost ready for normalcy. Another 2.5 days of vacation – a day of flying (ugh), and then Monday back to a normal diet and work schedule. I’ve been SO bad down here, but am trying not to beat myself up over it. Just means more work to lose it when I get home. For now, enjoy the rest of the holiday, everyone!

After having my day completely blown away for me on several occasions, I’m starting to look forward to getting back to the office. But at least I got a walk in today, that didn’t involve high-ammonia atmosphere.

Hi kb. I’m back at work but not exactly back into my routine. And I’m getting ready for 4 days off. It will take a while. I hope that your holiday was nice.

I’ve been at work all day too. And like FAR, mostly happy about it. I got a lot done on our January Web pages.

It’s nice knowing that tomorrow is my last work day for 5 days.
