Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday – 4.31), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Changes are coming — I’m working a Fresh Look for the New Year. So, don’t be surprised if things start looking odd. . . .

Heh. J4T I’ll try to drink more water than I have the rest of the week, take my fiber, walk (if the weather holds up), and do all the fiddle-dee-dee Mrs. Fetched has assigned while she’s at the chicken houses with Daughter Dearest….
