Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 3.55), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
It’s doctor’s appointments all week (just test my doctor wants me to have & I wanted to get done before my deductibles roles over on New Year’s) so I’ve been hustling to work a little early and leaving way early. And it’s throwing off my walking plan.
If I hustle and leave right away, I could go to the gym for a quick couple of laps around the walking track. Or I could hang out here on the blogs. (I don’t know….)
