Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday 5.53), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Sleeping has been a battle for the last 3 or 4 nights. I FALL asleep just as I usually do. Then about 2 hours later I wake up and instead of falling right back to sleep, I find myself feeling bright as a penny. I swear that one night it was 1-1/2 hour before I fell asleep again. So far what seems to work is promising myself that I can get up in 10 minutes to read on the couch. I guess it takes the stress away — I relax & fall asleep. So far.
