Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use Nutribase and the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.
And Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 2 miles, NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Today seems like a good day to mention the 3415 club — walking 3 times for 15 minutes each time. I’ll aim for around 10 & 12:30 & 3 to head out. Can you join me?

I’ll be there…except for the last walk (when it will probably be 107 degrees here in Tucson). So I’m starting my first 3415 walk in about five minutes (it’s only 80 degrees at 7 AM).

Just4today I will walk on my treadmill for 8 minutes at a time at least 3 times.
Just4today I will NOT eat anything after 6 p.m.
Just4today I will eat in a healthier way than usual for me. And I will allow myself to feel smug and self-righteous about it.
Just for today, in spite of virtually no sleep due to a delayed flight, I am going to try to keep it together.

J4T I’ll drink my water, take my fiber… and I brought my shoes, so I can walk today! I will also welcome Daughter Dearest’s guest from Norway, coming in this afternoon. It’s going to be an interesting week.
A rarity: I brought a sandwich from home for lunch today. As a side dish, I’m making a tomato/onion/garlic vinaigrette thing. Gotta start heating up the crockpot for the rotini shortly.
Hi FAR — I’m back from my morning walk. And I’ve got no idea what I’m having for lunch. Mister put it together for me last night after I went to bed.
