Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use Nutribase and the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.
And Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice, drink 2 liters of water , walk 5 miles,
NOT eat between meals &
NOT take seconds.
This is a test — I haven’t done ANY of my goals. In fact, I just woke up and haven’t even had coffee. I have met my affirmation of weighing myself (Looking GOOD!) But, I’m deliberately writing this before fiber and breakfast and walking or any other progress reports.
For me the single most important part of my day is making this post. The days I don’t post my Just 4 Today are unfocused and hectic. But the days when I post here are dramatically different. So, I’ve decided that rather than wait until I’ve got something to report (which all to often results in missing the post all together) I’m going to post my Just 4 Today goals as early as possible. Then I’ll add my updates through the day — just like everyone else.
