Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use Nutribase and the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.
And Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday, 4.63), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Lost in the mist of Things I Never Did, is reading Getting Things Done, by Davide Allen. I bought this book last December on FARfetched’s recommendation. And immediately got sick -and sick again and again and again - through the rest of winter and all spring.
So my project for today is to start reading Getting Things Done. And then? HA! Start getting things done, of course….

Sitting on the floor & reading?
Me? Patio reading, of course. (and getting ready for my morning walk)
I came out to the patio to have some peace and quiet and have half a chance of actually getting something posted. AND the entire family followed me out. Mister, his mother, the dog, two cats….
And when I went upstairs for a glass of water? A silent house.
