Just4Today – August 10, 2008

Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use Nutribase and the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.


And Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice, drink 2 liters of water , walk 5 miles (HA! I can dream: Can’t I?), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.!!

Walking — that’s the plan!

  1. White Knuckle Sunday here. The preacher is doing a guest appearance elsewhere, and tagged me to keep the pulpit warm. I’m as ready as I’ll ever be; it’s not like it’s the first time or anything.

    Nice day out there, I think I’ll get a walk in sometime today.

  3. It went pretty well. I struck at the root of conservatism (fear) and flew in right under the radar. I hope it does some good. ;-)

  4. Your concept of posting 4 simple things I’ll commit to today is working for me. I posted these 4 things today:
    1. Purchase a new exercise DVD. I need variety. Any suggestions?
    2. Record all food intake in my food journal.
    3. Resume exercise with at least 30 minutes today. No excuses.
    4. Weigh only once a week starting today. No more obsessing with the scale.
