
Just 4 Today....
Just 4 Today I’m going to weigh myself, walk 5 miles, log everything I eat in my Nutribase database, and I’ll drink 2 liters of water & drink my fiber supplement.
ALSO – I’m NOT going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds.
There’s a routine to weekdays that makes it a little easier to reach goals. So on Fridays I like to look ahead to the challenges of the weekend. Maybe making lists of things to do (I have a couple of closets that need attention and a lawn that should be mowed.) If I make PLANS for the weekend instead of letting events unfold without direction maybe the rest of my life will go according to plan as well…..
