Just 4 Today....
Just 4 Today, I’m weighing myself (done!), taking my fiber and other supplements (DONE!), drinking 2 liters of water (about 1/2 already), walking 5 miles (in at least 3 walks – 3415) . . . . and NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds!

heh, Big V has a house full of those little yappers. They’re pretty amusing. Her oldest one looks almost exactly like yours. She used to have one who lived to chase a tennis ball down the hall; I’d throw it so it bounced off the walls & she’d zigzag after it barking all the way.
J4T I’ll drink my water (one of three down), get a walk in (on the treadmill if it rains), and no more than one serving of meat. Off to Johnny’s shortly for the spaghetti lunch, shrooms instead of meatballs…
What a cutie! And isn’t it great that it’s summer with all its fresh fruits and vegetables?
Good day KB, FAR and Conda,
KB, Tommy looks like he rules the roost around there. He and George are about the same size so I’m betting he’s a yapper. Don’t ask me how size and yapping correlate.
FAR I had a left over lunch today and spaghetti was part of it. For some reason it seems that I am the only one of my family in this house right now that will eat left overs. Actually for some foods I prefer left overs, or to say let the food age for a day or so in the fridge.
Conda we have a farmers market that started last year here. I’ve never been to it though. We have a friend that plants a humongous garden every year and she’ll call us once a week and tell us to get over there because she has some vegetables for us. I don’t know what she does to them, but undoubtedly her tomatoes are the best.
J4T I’ll drink 2 liters of water, almost there, and I’ll try to walk a little farther than yesterday. I think I’ve already done that.
Tomorrow all the family will be gone down to FL and I’ll finally have some peace and quiet. Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :O)

He looks powerful, doesn’t he? It’s before his spirit was crushed in a series of bizarre accidents (although he’s starting to recover)
We’re growing (attempting to grow) tomatoes this year. We’ll see how it goes.
