I’ve decided to blast through my regular goals today and instead spent a couple of hours playing in the snow. I’ve been working on a snow man (my first ever. I think) and all the bending, pushing, rolling, patting, moving of snow counts the same as walking at least a couple of miles. To my mind at least.
We’re supposed to get more snow tomorrow and more snow the day after that. So I’ll probably have to drive over to the mall for another walk then. Or maybe I’ll create a snow family this year?
I don’t know yet.
Anyway, that’s what I’m thinking now. How about you? What are you working on today?

Katie…your first snowman?! Wow. And yeah, it’s MORE exercise than walking, building one.
I know — it does seem weird. I never saw snow until I was 14 – almost 15. I guess there was always something to keep me from doing it until it was too late. Then at some point, I just never thought of it.
This year I decided I WOULD do it. And it’s fun. I might make a whole snow family!
PS — I’m so glad you didn’t give up on me! Thanks for coming back!
