Just Today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. I’m going to walk at least 3 miles, drink 2 liters of water and take my fiber supplement. And weighing myself? Honestly, I don’t know when I’ll have the nerve to do that. Seriously.
Maybe you’ve noticed that the look of this page has changed again. I liked the other template but, it wasn’t made according to standards and it was nearly impossible to edit. That might have been tolerable but, popular plugins didn’t work either. So, I’ve moved on. This one is both configurable (with switches) and editable. So, while it looks pretty plain right now . . . watch out! Changes to THIS are coming fast — maybe they’ll egg me on to even more personal changes??
I do know that spending a few minutes focusing on what I need to do today (aside from the above affirmation, I need to pick up Tommy’s tags for the year and work on a friend’s website) makes it a lot more likely that I’ll actually get it done. These last months with Eat4Today largely dormant have NOT been the most productive time of my life. . . .

Monday – Are My Meandering Days are Over?
