		<description>Thanks for sharing that, KB.  My &quot;eat watch&quot; is definitely busted!  I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s &lt;em&gt;ever&lt;/em&gt; worked.  But I have a handy-dandy substitute - calorie counting!  I look at my little list of what I&#039;ve eaten today, and it tells me immediately if I can eat more.  The smarter choices I make, the better.

I think you could consider this a hack.  It outsmarts the innate desire of mine to eat until I&#039;m totally stuffed.  Now if I could only get it to work a little &lt;em&gt;faster&lt;/em&gt;!</description>
