Monday, back at it

I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. AND I’ll limit added sugars to 6 teaspoons (24 grams) – walk at least 3 miles – take my fiber supplement & drink 2 liters of water.

In the wake of the grand new health care legislation I took some time off the Internet.  And I’m not sure I’ll be going back to those political blogs anymore.

What are you thinking about today?

  1. Hi Conda – I got sucked into it again because of my interest in health care reform.  But, I don’t think it was worth the effort in any way.

    I think I’m going to try focusing on my own little world and interests -  Which includes the discussions on this & my friends blogs.

    I think paying attention to current events leads to weight gain ( not just high blood pressure) as we have to rely more on fattening comfort foods :)
