Monday, Crafting a plan for the future
Just for today, I’ll walk 3 miles, drink 2 liters of water & take my fiber supplement.
My doctor tells me that I need to lose 5 pounds — I GUESS so! I’d say I should lose 30. And if I do …. then I could knit myself some really cute sweaters!

Sunday, happiness is a full tummy
Just4Today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. AND – I’ll take my fiber supplement, walk at least 3 miles & not eat more than 6 teaspoons of sugar. I’m sure there’s more but, I’m to anxious to get out to the porch to think about it now.
