Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use Nutribase and the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.

The last of the Dentist
I had the second half of my root canal this morning. And when he was done, the dentist said — that’s it. We’re done.
!! I’m so happy. Still in quite a bit of pain, but very, very happy.
I’ll post again tomorrow, but I think I’ll sleep in. 
Halloween
Just Today, I’m going to do whatever it takes to get through this root canal. 
So, don’t be surprised if I hang out at your place all day….

October 21, 2007 — Just 4 Today
Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice, drink 2 liters of water, walk 5 miles (yesterday – 7.45!!), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
Mister tricked me: he got up early-ish and turned on the air conditioner. Which somehow made me sleep late (how did he know that would work?). We’ve only been up for an hour or so.
I ‘d feel guilty, but I’m too relaxed.
We’re going to Cargo Largo today. It’s an unclaimed freight store — but it’s the biggest one you’ll ever find. You never know what you’ll find there, but it’s always interesting.

Second Life. A Progress Report
Last night was sort of scary when a Furry Guy invited me to his ‘crib’ to ‘learn how to build something.’ As he flew off, I closed the program down. And thought about quitting the project.
But, those social aspects of Second Life aren’t really why I’m going — so they shouldn’t make me leave. And tonight I came back to look for a house. I’m not even close to picking something out. In fact I’m hoping that before I make a choice, some of us could go house-hunting together.
