Just 4 Today, take my fiber supplement twice, drink 2 liters of water and weigh myself (done). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each time (3415!).

I’ve revived The Eat4Today Lounge with a post about Politics and Drama.
I’m proud to announce the Eat4Today Lounge. It’s the place we can go when we don’t want to think about the more serious issues of health politics.
I’ve thought about developing this sub-blog for a couple of weeks. And I’ve given it serious thought since the introduction of the crossword puzzles. It’s not that crossword puzzles are totally off-topic — I can make sure there are always health related words in the puzzles that appear here. But, I think they might be a distraction to the mission of Eat4Today.
Still, I want to do them and Sudoku puzzles too. And I want to talk about books and movies and television and movies. I think that one of the most exciting evenings was the night we live-blogged the Academy Award show. And I’d like to do that sort of thing more often.
It’s a rainy morning here in Kansas City. I think I’ll stop by Eat4Today Lounge and work on the Sunday Morning Sudoku Puzzle. See you there?
