Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber supplement twice (I’ve drunk it once.), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk 1/3 ), walk 5 miles (I walked 4 miles yesterday!), weigh myself (done), and NOT eat between meals and NOT take seconds.

I feel like Tom Arnold — I had this goal of losing weight by New Years Eve and I’m just not getting there like I wanted. But, everytime I think about Tom Arnold’s book, I think — “Ah, but how much would you have GAINED if you weren’t so focused on your weight these last 6 years?” It’s Cold Comfort
