Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (once!!!), drink 2 liters of water (1/3 so far), walk 3 miles (I did it yesterday: 3415), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

Just 4 Today, I’ll take my fiber supplement twice, drink 2 liters of water and weigh myself (done). And walk 3 times today for 15 minutes each time (3415!).
