Just today, I’m not going to eat between meals and I’m not going to take seconds. And I’ll weigh myself and use Nutribase and the tools of The Hacker’s Diet to help me reach (and keep) my goals.


And Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once), drink 2 liters of water (I’ve drunk about 1/2 liter), walk 2 miles (which I did yesterday), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

Wow, I’ve been thinking it’s Friday — And was in a totally different place as a result.  Hmmm?  It’s Wednesday?  I guess I’ll be walking at 10 & 12 & 3 –

In honor of the Grand ReOpening I’m digging back into some of my favorite posts. This one is especially important to me because it’s turned into the guiding engine of this site. Beginning Monday we’ll get back into using these themes for discussion each weekday:

We need to decide what we want (a vision.) Decide how to do it - the steps (a plan.) Make working on the project a priority (a commitment.) Review our goals and plans everyday (an affirmation.) And do something everyday toward those goals (action.)
